Ideally, this person will have pastry experience in a Michelin capacity. This person will prepare all pastry products as trained in accordance to Valle Pastry standards; assists higher level culinary leaders; and complete other duties as assigned by Chef. This person will be able to take direction from leaders and create a consistent product. This person will be able to preform in the restaurants' high expectation environment.\n \nThe hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.50/hr - $26.00/hr. This is the pay range for this position that The Seabird Resort reasonably expects to pay.
