Experienced Phlebotomist | North Houston Area

Pulse Staffing is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist for an outpatient healthcare client serving North Houston and surrounding communities.

In this role, you will perform high-volume blood collections, process specimens, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. The ideal candidate is confident drawing blood from patients of all ages, attentive to specimen quality, and committed to compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections safely and accurately.
• Label, centrifuge, aliquot, and log specimens; prepare samples for transport to referral laboratories.
• Perform assigned in-office procedures, including 12-lead EKGs, urinalysis, and rapid A1C testing.
• Provide clinical support and assist with patient triage as directed.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient and specimen documentation.
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
