Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable plumber to handle a variety of plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, a strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, providing high-quality service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for custom home remodels and new construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Rough-in and finish plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, and venting systems
- Work with PEX, copper, PVC, and other plumbing materials
- Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of plumbing experience (must be verifiable).
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced plumbing technologies and systems.
- Background in both residential and commercial plumbing.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Experience with high-end custom homes and luxury plumbing fixtures
- Gas line installation experience
- Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)
