About the Role: Strong Plumbing Solutions is looking for a skilled, experienced Plumber to join our growing team in Naples, FL! Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition
Collaborate with team members and supervisors on larger plumbing projects
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on journeyman level plumbing experience required
Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and best practices
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety regulations in Florida
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
