Experienced Plumbing Service Technician (Residential / Light Commercial)
$36–$45/hour | No Nights or Weekends | No On-Call Duties

Responsibilities:
Residential plumbing service & repair
Water heater installation and replacement
Sewer & water line repair/replacement
Drain cleaning and troubleshooting
Fixture and piping repairs
Light commercial plumbing work
Qualifications:
5+ years plumbing experience (service strongly preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
Pay & Benefits:
$36.00 – $45.00/hour (based on experience)
