Description
Befort Plumbing & Heating is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and light commercial properties while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Plumbing Technician plays a vital role in our organization by helping customers solve plumbing problems safely, efficiently, and professionally. From leak repairs and drain issues to water heater installations and system troubleshooting, this position directly contributes to customer satisfaction, company reputation, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot leaks, water pressure issues, fixture failures, drain problems, and other
- plumbing-related concerns
- Install, repair, and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing equipment
- Perform sewer and drain cleaning services, including camera inspections when required
- Identify and recommend solutions that improve system performance, safety, and reliability
- Complete plumbing system inspections and preventative maintenance services
- Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly and professionally with customers
- Prepare accurate documentation, notes, photos, and invoices using ServiceTitan
- Maintain truck inventory and ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with dispatchers, office staff, and management to ensure exceptional customer service
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction expectations
- Build long-term relationships with customers through honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices or less experienced technicians when needed
- Stay current on plumbing codes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
- Additional Responsibilities Specific to Befort Plumbing & Heating
- Properly document all time, materials, and completed work within ServiceTitan
- Capture required jobsite photos and detailed notes for every service call
- Maintain accountability for truck inventory and company-issued equipment
- Promote company services and identify opportunities for additional work when it
- benefits the customer
- Work closely with management to help grow the service department while maintaining
- high standards of workmanship and customer care

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot
- plumbing system issues independentlyExperience servicing and installing water heaters, fixtures, piping systems, drains, and sewer systemsKnowledge of local
