Experienced Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and related components.
• Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, valves, and other plumbing equipment.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections to identify potential problems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding findings and recommendations.
• Document work completed, materials used, and any additional service needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean and working condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to diagnose problems accurately and complete work efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, standing, and working in various environments.
