Polisher / Fabricator – Weekend Shift (Full-Time)
Boise, ID
Friday–Sunday | Early Day Shift

We’re currently hiring an Experienced Polisher/Fabricator for our Boise weekend shift team. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision finishing, and being part of a strong production crew, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do
- Grind, sand, polish, and finish stone surfaces to precise specifications
- Shape and refine materials using templates and blueprints
- File and finish detailed, contoured, and irregular stone surfaces
- Load and position materials using hand tools and mechanical lifters
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support additional production tasks as needed
✅ What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in stone fabrication or polishing (preferred)
- Experience with natural stone and engineered quartz is a plus
- Auto detailing experience? Your polishing skills can transfer well here
- Familiarity with grinders, polishers, and fabrication tools
- Ability to read measurements and work with precision
- Experience with hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift and move materials safely (with assistance as needed)
- Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Work in a production environment
