PAY


Guaranteed Total Earnings: $20-$22/hour DOE

• Base Pay: $16.90/hour
  
  
• Tip makeup guarantees your total hourly earnings of $20-$22/hour
  
  
• If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed hourly rate, Mini Kabob makes up the difference
  
  
• Starting pay is based on experience and performance
  
  
• High-performing team members may have opportunities for pay increases beyond this range based on performance, tenure, and overall contribution
  
  

SCHEDULE

• Full-Time
  
  
• Tell us your preferred schedule when you apply.
  
  
  • Thursday–Sunday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items
  
  
• Set up stations before service
  
  
• Wash dishes and keep cleaning cycles moving throughout the shift
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
  
  
• Support the line and team wherever needed
  
  
• Follow recipes and food safety standards consistently
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant prep cook experience required
  
  
• Experience with knife skills, food preparation, and kitchen organization
  
  
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
