    • Perform first-piece inspections and maintain quality throughout production

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area

    • Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervision

    • Follow shop safety procedures

    • Assist with general shop tasks as needed

    **Required Qualifications

    **

    • **Minimum 3+ years press brake operating experience

    **

    • **Must be able to perform full machine setups

    **

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    • Experience working in a metal fabrication or job shop environment

    • Strong understanding of bending techniques, tooling selection, and material behavior

    • Basic math skills

    • Experience using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools

    • Forklift experience is a plus

    **Physical Requirements

    **

    • Standing and walking for extended periods

    • Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

    • Lifting materials up to 75 lbs occasionally

    **Compensation

    **

**Pay is based on experience and skill level.

    **

**This position is intended for experienced press brake operators. Applicants should be capable of setting up and running jobs independently from a print.
