Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Print Operator / Print Technician to join our team in Cumming, GA. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing EFI large-format printers while ensuring consistent print quality and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital printing equipment within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate EFI large-format printers safely and efficiently to meet production schedules.
Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of printing equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and print-quality issues.
Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor color accuracy, print quality, and production consistency.
Load and unload large media rolls and printing materials safely.
Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues promptly.
Collaborate with Graphics, Production, and Shipping teams to meet customer deadlines.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability, efficiency, and print quality.
Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating large-format digital printing equipment.
EFI VUTEk experience strongly preferred.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing large-format printing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment problems.
Knowledge of color management, media handling, and print production processes.
Ability to read work orders and prioritize multiple production tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
