As a Process Technician, you'll develop and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure maximum production efficiency and product quality. You’ll work closely with manufacturing teams to maintain consistent, optimized processes that keep operations running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Develop, document, and implement standard molding procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues to resolve quality and efficiency problems.
• Recommend and carry out process improvements to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
• Set up presses, related equipment, and work areas according to daily production schedules.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to ensure best practices.
• Maintain effective communication across departments and between shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with plastic injection molding processes, equipment, and maintenance.
• Experience with mold sampling and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong math, computer, and communication skills.
• The physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
