Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role works closely with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to successfully deliver projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Monitor job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Resolve project issues and communicate updates to leadership
- Maintain strong client relationships and support field teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
