Overview
Client’s Institutional Securities Technology team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives for a strategic enterprise platform. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to track and drive progress across a high volume of concurrent initiatives. You will serve as the central point of coordination to ensure projects move forward efficiently, risks are identified early, and leadership has clear visibility into delivery status. Reporting to a senior leader within Institutional Securities Technology, you will partner closely with engineering, business, and platform teams to keep delivery on track.

What You’ll Do in the Role
  • Oversee a centralized portfolio of concurrent initiatives - typically several dozen active at any given time - across business partnerships, system integrations, vendor connectivity, and API based solutions, applying structured tracking and prioritization to keep the highest-impact work moving.
  •  Establish and maintain structured project intake, tracking, and prioritization processes for new initiatives as they are introduced on a regular basis.
  • Actively monitor project health by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure initiatives continue progressing.
  • Coordinate across business units, engineering teams, and external partners to resolve issues, unblock delivery, and align on timelines and expectations.
  • Assist with ongoing status reporting and executive level summaries to multiple layers of management, including clear views of progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  •  Partner with internal platform, architecture, and shared services teams to ensure initiatives align with approved enterprise standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • 8-12 years experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a large, complex enterprise environment, preferably within technology enabled platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of parallel initiatives without losing attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project tracking artifacts, dashboards, and reporting that provide meaningful insight into delivery progress.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex activity into concise executive level messaging.
  • Comfort using project and workflow management tooling (e.G., JIRA, ServiceNow, Asana) to manage intake, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strongly Preferred
  • Experience working in financial services, particularly within large, regulated institutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise document processing concepts, including document ingestion, classification, extraction, and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies.
  • Exposure to governance, risk, compliance, or information security processes.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to work more efficiently - e.G., AI assistants (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and AI features within project tooling (JIRA/Atlassian Intelligence, ServiceNow Now Assist) for drafting status updates, summarizing meetings, triaging risks, and reducing manual reporting overhead.

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms involving APIs, document management, or system integrations.
  • Experience preparing or contributing to executive level presentations focused on delivery metrics, capacity planning, and prioritization.
