Experienced Property Manager

Arcan Capital is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations for a large-scale, Class A community, with the flexibility to travel and support additional properties across the portfolio as needed. In this role, you'll be fully accountable for property performance - overseeing budgeting, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and compliance - while building and leading a motivated on-site team. You'll drive occupancy and revenue, ensure top-tier resident experience, and keep your community running at Class A standards.We're looking for a results-driven leader with 5+ years of residential property management experience, including managing a portfolio of at least 400 units and directly supervising a team of 7 or more employees, along with proven experience with Class A properties.
