Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with prospective buyers and provide home tours
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting purchase offers
- Adhere to our established sales methodology
- Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the entire buying process
- Organize and track your leads using the CRM system
- Engage actively in team training sessions and role-playing exercises
Qualifications
- Driven and competitive sales expert
- Skilled at establishing strong client relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time autonomously
- Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
- Committed to developing a sustainable career in real estate
Preferred qualifications:
- Active real estate license
- 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate or sales
