Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers from first conversation through closing
• Convert team-generated and personal leads into appointments and contracts
• Prepare and negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title partners
• Participate in weekly coaching and accountability sessions
• Use our CRM and marketing tools to grow your sphere

Qualifications

• Active Missouri real estate license
• 2+ years in residential sales with consistent closings
• Strong knowledge of St. Louis neighborhoods and pricing
• Comfortable with CRM software and tech tools
• Professional, coachable, and client-focused
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
