Responsibilities

  • Implement weekly lead generation strategies, including reaching out to your Sphere of Influence, contacting Internet Leads, and organizing Open Houses
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
  • Monitor and record your activities and outcomes using the Brivity CRM system

Qualifications

You are a motivated professional with an eagerness to learn and expand your expertise. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience
