Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling residential properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate transactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions and property values
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills as a collaborative team player
• Show a willingness to learn and continuously improve industry knowledge and skills
• Exhibit self-motivation and initiative as a self-starter

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in G-Suite and real estate software applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices preferred
