Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations with confidence.
• Use proven scripts, tools, and systems to convert opportunities into clients.
• Focus on income-producing activities while our operations team provides administrative support.
• Build and nurture your database using Brivity CRM to automate follow-up, share branded market updates, track communications, and organize your pipeline.
• Use technology and AI-powered tools to work more efficiently.
• Participate in regular coaching, team huddles, training, and accountability sessions.
• Deliver a consistent, white-glove experience to every client.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture that celebrates success, encourages growth, and gives back to the community.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Passionate about learning and self-improvement
• Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail
• Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Skilled in data analysis to guide and inform clients
