5+ years of experience in a staffing agency or executive search environment (not corporate/internal recruiting)
Proven track record of successful direct-hire placements
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the discipline to operate independently
U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
