Responsibilities

  • Drive new business production to meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Call qualified warm leads daily to generate quotes and close sales
  • Recommend personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED)
  • 1+ Year experience in a captive agency environment Allstate highly preferred
  • Proven sales performance (40+ items/month) must be verifiable
  • Strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a positive attitude
  • Self-disciplined and dependable, especially in a remote setting
  • Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team environment
