Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay up to $40.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (on-call rotation required)
What You'll Do:
- Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver high-quality service and an outstanding customer experience on every call
- Help train and mentor newer service technicians
- Work professionally while representing the company's high standards
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
- Strong refrigeration experience (a big plus)
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Preferred:
- HVAC Technical School Certificate
- Experience with both residential and commercial systems
