Pay: $80,000-$110,000+ annually based on experience and performance
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
On-Call: Seasonal rotation as needed

As an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer, you will install residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring every project meets Horne's standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related HVAC equipment, complete system start-ups and testing, maintain organized and safe job sites, and communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional workmanship and creating outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal or EPA Type II Certification required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and installation skills
• Experience with residential system replacements, change-outs, and new equipment installations
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Basic HVAC tools
• Commitment to craftsmanship, accountability, and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using ServiceTitan
• NATE Certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
