We are currently hiring an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing quality work and wants a long-term career with a respected local company.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Family Health Insurance Plan (Company pays 75%)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start with a 1-hour lunch (overtime as needed)

What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to high company standards
• Work with gas piping, refrigeration lines, ductwork, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Perform system testing, air balancing, and proper startup procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while delivering excellent customer service
• Represent the company professionally on every installation

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of gas pipe, refrigeration piping, duct systems, and sheet metal practices
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork
