Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring exceptional customer service and system reliability. You will work with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment, performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and system evaluations. Daily responsibilities include communicating findings and recommendations to homeowners, managing service calls efficiently, maintaining accurate documentation, and consistently delivering high-quality workmanship while representing Horne Heating and Air Conditioning professionally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 months of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong accountability and commitment to quality workmanship
• Growth-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• EPA Certification preferred
