Duties / Job Expectation
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems under supervision of senior technicians.
- Learn and apply commercial system diagnostics, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and air handling systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system checks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience (In Service)
- Strong technical foundation and eagerness to expand into commercial systems.
- Valid EPA Section 608 certification.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional Appearance & verbiage.
