Job Description Reliable Painter Wanted – Steady Work. Lynchburg area is looking for a dependable, experienced painter. We work on residential and light commercial projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in doing clean, professional work.
Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting. Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, priming). Applying paint with brush, roller, and sprayer. Protecting surfaces and maintaining clean job sites. Following company safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
2+ years professional painting experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Reliable vehicle and transportation to job sites. Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable and able to show up on time. Strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
$18–$24/hr depending on experience. $175 Medical Stipend monthly (after 90 days). Simple IRA matched up to 3% (after 90 days). Steady year-round work. Opportunities to grow with the company. Professional team environment.
