Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses, commissions, and incentives
Earning Potential: $70,000-$90,000+ annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating on-call responsibilities

As an Experienced Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including leaks, fixtures, faucets, piping, drain lines, and water distribution systems. You will service and install both traditional and tankless water heaters, maintain residential water filtration systems, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and clearly communicate findings and repair recommendations to homeowners. This role requires the ability to manage service calls independently while maintaining exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Occasional light HVAC or mini-split support may also be required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of residential plumbing service experience
- Strong plumbing diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience with water heaters, tankless systems, filtration equipment, and residential plumbing repairs
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver''s license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, outdoor environments, and elevated spaces
- Basic plumbing tools
- Reliable, organized, and accountable work ethic
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
