What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Help the company continue growing as a single-source solution for our clients
What You Need
- 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
- Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
- Advanced customer service skills
- Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
Nice-to-Haves
- HVAC trade school certification
- NATE certification
- ServiceTitan experience
- Light commercial experience
- Knowledge of zoning, programming, and air balancing
