What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Provide feedback to the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing
• Mentor and support junior technicians
• Help the company continue growing as a single-source solution for our clients

What You Need

• 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of equipment
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles

Nice-to-Haves

• HVAC trade school certification
• NATE certification
• ServiceTitan experience
• Light commercial experience
• Knowledge of zoning, programming, and air balancing
