Zula & Mac is seeking an experienced, polished, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team.

\n

\n

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with customers. This is not simply a register position — our sales associates actively engage customers, make thoughtful product recommendations, and help create an elevated and welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities\n

• Greet customers warmly and enthusiastically
• \n
• Provide personalized recommendations and confidently assist with purchasing decisions
• \n
• Develop strong knowledge of our furniture, home décor, gifts, lighting, and other products
• \n
• Build relationships with repeat customers
• \n
• Introduce customers to our interior design services when appropriate
• \n
• Process transactions accurately through our POS system
• \n
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining beautiful displays
• \n
• Support store events, seasonal transitions, and special projects
• \n
• Help keep the sales floor polished, organized, and welcoming
• \n

\n

We're Looking For Someone Who:\n

• \n
• Has previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, interiors, fashion, or specialty retail
• \n
• Is confident, personable, professional, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• \n
• Has strong sales instincts and exceptional customer service skills
• \n
• Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done
• \n
• Is dependable, collaborative, and comfortable using technology
• \n
• Is available to work 2-4 days/ wk, including some weekends
• \n
