What You’ll Be Doing - Responsibilities
As an Experienced Roofer, you will:
• Install roofing systems on residential and light commercial projects
• Work with roofing materials including shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow company and manufacturer installation standards
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and project managers
• Assist with material handling, setup, and job site preparation
• Troubleshoot job site challenges and contribute to efficient workflow
• Support a positive and productive team environment

What You Need - Requirements
• 2+ years of roofing experience preferred
• Experience with shingle, metal, or flat roofing systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
