Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, full-cycle Sales Closers who can take ownership of the entire sales process—from inspection to signed contract—in the residential roofing space.
This is a high-performance, commission-driven role designed for professionals who:
- Know how to close high-ticket deals
- Want to earn well beyond average income

What You'll Do
- Run pre-set and self-generated appointments with homeowners
- Conduct roof inspections and identify storm or wear-related damage
- Educate clients on:
- Roofing systems and materials
- Insurance claim process (when applicable)
- Present tailored solutions and close contracts on the spot
- Manage the full sales cycle:
- Inspection Estimate Presentation Close
- Build strong relationships through trust, transparency, and professionalism
- Maintain pipeline activity and consistently hit production targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales (REQUIRED)
- Strong ability to close high-ticket deals ($10K–$30K+)
- Knowledge of insurance claims process (preferred)
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and closing skills
- Self-driven with a high-performance mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
