What will you be doing?

• The Rotary Die Cutter is responsible for setting up and operating rotary die cutting equipment to convert materials into custom shapes and sizes according to customer specifications. This position ensures production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
  Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate rotary die cutting equipment to convert materials such as foam, film, fabric, tape, and paper into components.
• Review production orders to verify raw materials, packaging, and specifications match bill of materials and job requirements.
• Maintain production schedules by meeting output targets and reporting any issues promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to maximize machine utilization.
• Complete all required shop paperwork, routers, and production records accurately.
• Follow safety standards at all times.
• Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience operating rotary die cutting equipment preferred (not required.)
• Knowledge of converting processes and manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of FDA, cGMP, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and extended periods of standing.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry materials as needed.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing work orders and specifications.
• Ability to maintain production efficiency while ensuring quality standards.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
