Our Valencia Nissan-Infiniti dealership is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven sales record to join our team. We are a team of committed and talented individuals who strive to take care of our customers.  As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in coaching, mentoring, and supporting our team to push for further growth and success.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and ensure a timely response.
  • Monitor inventory and order new vehicles as needed.
  • Monitor marketing trends and adjust pricing accordingly.
  • Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Keep apprised of all new products and technology.

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
  • 2 + years of Finance Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Strong take-charge leadership attitude with a record of team building, including recruiting, training, and motivation.
  • Identifying and analyzing problems with efficiency
  • Knowledge of the local retail market.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have verifiable proof of your success as a Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry, including outstanding CSI scores.
  • Ability to identify market trends correctly and manage inventory.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
