WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

The Experienced Sales Rep position features a consistent weekday schedule with hybrid work flexibility. Standard shifts are available from 7 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, or 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing you to select the hours that best fit your needs from these options.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

In this role, you will be engaged in identifying and vetting carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and maintaining high standards of service and timeliness for our clients. You will develop territory plans, prospect for new business opportunities, and work to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Your day will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and customer satisfaction, while building and maintaining long-term relationships with shippers and carriers to support account growth.
