What You’ll Do
- Recommend programs built around fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding
- Educate customers on realistic expectations (food, water, sunlight)
- Follow up with leads and current customers (this is where deals are won)
- Build long-term relationships—not one-time sales
- Work with production to ensure service aligns with what was sold
- Meet with homeowners and evaluate lawn conditions
Who This Role Is For
- You already understand turf—or you’re highly coachable and want to learn it
- You’re comfortable talking to people and asking the right questions
- You take ownership of your results and follow through
- You don’t rely on pressure—you rely on clarity and trust
Ideal Backgrounds
- Lawn care companies (Lawn Doctor, TruGreen, Weed Man, etc.)
- Turf or agronomy-related experience
- Spray technicians ready to grow into a higher-earning role
- Sales professionals willing to learn turf quickly

- Landscaping / mowing-only backgrounds
- Order-takers who wait for leads instead of working them
- People who struggle with follow-up or accountability

Pay & Opportunity
- $41,000 base + commission + performance bonuses
