What You’ll Do





  • Recommend programs built around fertilization, weed control, aeration, and seeding
  • Educate customers on realistic expectations (food, water, sunlight)
  • Follow up with leads and current customers (this is where deals are won)
  • Build long-term relationships—not one-time sales
  • Work with production to ensure service aligns with what was sold
  • Meet with homeowners and evaluate lawn conditions

Who This Role Is For


  • You already understand turf—or you’re highly coachable and want to learn it

  • You’re comfortable talking to people and asking the right questions

  • You take ownership of your results and follow through

  • You don’t rely on pressure—you rely on clarity and trust

Ideal Backgrounds


  • Lawn care companies (Lawn Doctor, TruGreen, Weed Man, etc.)

  • Turf or agronomy-related experience

  • Spray technicians ready to grow into a higher-earning role

  • Sales professionals willing to learn turf quickly

  • Landscaping / mowing-only backgrounds

  • Order-takers who wait for leads instead of working them

  • People who struggle with follow-up or accountability

Pay & Opportunity


  • $41,000 base + commission + performance bonuses
