Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor within Government Services leads a team that performs real-time analysis and review of extensive
documentation required by federal regulations. The Supervisor must be a critical thinker who seeks input from their team and
challenges the status quo. They are responsible for researching client requests related to eligibility and assisting with constituent outreach. The Supervisor must also be comfortable communicating "the why" and assisting others with
understanding program policies and procedures to solve problems and ensure program compliance. Additionally, the
Supervisor will be accountable for team deliverables and timelines, offer feedback and delegate to Associates, and exhibit fierce
career ownership.
