What You Bring:
Experience: 1–2+ years serving in a fast-paced, high-volume, or craft food/beverage concept.
Hospitality Mindset: You read tables naturally, handle rushes with calm efficiency, and genuinely enjoy connecting with regulars and newcomers alike.
Product Knowledge: Enthusiasm to master our craft beverage lineup, scratch-made smokehouse menu, and dietary/allergy standards.
Team First: Willingness to run drinks, bus open tables, and support teammates during peak pushes.
