Experienced Server

Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a full-time experienced server to join the team at our restaurant in Williamsburg. Open availability is essential, including AM and PM shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. A great work ethic, a passion for service, and a drive to provide the highest level of customer service are essential.

OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least two years of experience as a server in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment
• Full weekend availability
• Barista and/or bartending experience is strongly preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of a dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items across daytime and dinner
• Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times
• Reliability and punctuality
• A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality
• Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team
• Great work ethic and a passion for service
• A love for hospitality

• Estimated daily compensation average of $23-38 per hour including tips ($11.35 base per hour before tips)
