About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Terry's Grill, where we serve delicious breakfast and lunch to our wonderful Jacksonville community! We are looking for experienced servers with a passion for exceptional service to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. 1 full time and 1 part time 





Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests during breakfast and lunch hours.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared and served correctly.
• Process payments and manage cash register operations accurately.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• No trainees, if you don't meet the 4 years experience we will not invite you for an interview
• No job hoppers 
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Current food handler's certification is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak hours.
