Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

As an AutomotiveService Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their automotive service needs are efficiently addressed with professionalism and expertise. You will work closely with our technicians to provide accurate repair recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to quality. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, establishing trust and rapport.
• Assess customer vehicle concerns and communicate effectively with service technicians.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options clearly to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to maintain productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous communication and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed service records and process warranty claims as needed.
• Promote additional services and parts sales when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive service advisor, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills.
• Clean driving record
