We are expanding our service department and creating a new Express Service operation!

We’re seeking an Experienced Service Advisor that wants to take their career to the next level and knows how to take care of customers, write strong repair orders, communicate recommendations clearly, and keep a fast-paced service lane moving.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide professional, welcoming service experience
• Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and additional services based on the vehicle's needs
• Communicate inspection results and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Build trust with customers through honest, professional recommendations
• Monitor repair order progress and keep customers informed throughout the service visit
• Work closely with Express Technicians to ensure vehicles are completed accurately and efficiently
• Help maintain a smooth workflow and minimize customer waiting times
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended services and future maintenance
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and work toward a positive resolution
• Help achieve department sales, CSI, productivity, and retention goals
• Follow dealership processes, manufacturer guidelines, and all safety requirements

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced automotive Service Advisor, not simply someone with automotive experience.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous automotive Service Advisor experience
• Understands automotive maintenance and repair recommendations
• Comfortable discussing maintenance needs and presenting services to customers
• Can confidently write and manage repair orders
• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
• Understands the importance of CSI, customer retention, and follow-up
• Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customers at once
• Has a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Is motivated by performance and earning potential
• Can work effectively with technicians, management, and customers

Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
