- Greet customers, gather vehicle info, and report symptoms
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle history
- Prepare accurate estimates and monitor vehicle progress
- Verify work, explain charges, and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:- Proven success in customer service, with experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- Excellent communication, positive attitude, high energy, integrity
