What You’ll Do
- Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Write repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians
- Provide clear estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service process
- Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
- Deliver a high-quality, efficient, and transparent service experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor or service writing experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of automotive service and maintenance
- Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience is a plus
