Experienced Service Advisor

Dealership: L0502 Suburban Ford of Romeo SUBURBAN FORD of ROMEO EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISOR - THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE Suburban Ford of Romeo is looking for a battle-tested Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to turn service lanes into profit while keeping customers loyal for life. WHAT YOU WILL OWN IN THIS ROLE As a Service Advisor, you are the quarterback of the service drive. You will initiate automotive services and repairs by: Diagnosing vehicle performance concerns and service requests quickly and accurately Verifying warranty and service contract coverage without hesitation Developing clear, confident estimates for labor, parts, and materials Writing repair orders, securing approvals, and entering ROs into the service system Acting as the single point of contact between customer and technician-no dropped balls Ensuring technicians fully understand customer concerns and customers clearly understand recommended repairs Communicating additional services identified through inspections-professionally and persuasively Administering manufacturer warranty repairs correctly and efficiently Keeping customers informed on completion times, costs, and service specials Maintaining accurate customer records and protecting CSI at all times This role demands confidence, urgency, and accountability.
