What You'll Do
- Greet service customers, answer incoming calls, and identify vehicle concerns using established customer-contact processes.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, review service needs, and recommend multi-point inspections.
- Explain recommended repairs, pricing, and estimated completion times before work begins.
- Create accurate repair orders in ADP and obtain customer authorization for additional services.
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians and communicate with the shop throughout the repair process.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status, inspection findings, and changes to the original estimate.
- Process service payments and review completed repairs with customers at vehicle delivery.
- Welcome new vehicle owners through the Sales-to-Service process and explain available service support.
What You'll Bring
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
- 1+ Year of Automotive Dealership experience
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
