Now Hiring: Automotive Service Technician
Experienced A & B techs pay range: $22-40 flat rate hour. Pay rates vary depending on experience and certifications.
No cap on hours for motivated technicians: there is never a shortage of work, flag all you want with plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes three. Average 125 hours per two weeks w/ high performers in the 200-hours range.
Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift.
Service Department Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:00am -6:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am - 5:00pm

What You'll Do
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose cause of malfunction
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures
- Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience required
- ASE and manufacturer certification not required
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
