Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
Communicate repair needs and labor estimates with the shop foreman and service advisors
Recommend additional services when appropriate
Plan and manage workflow in coordination with shop leadership
Monitor repair times and keep service advisors informed
Complete repair documentation clearly and thoroughly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies and safety standards
Assist with mentoring and training technician trainees
Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend required training
Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal
Certified Toyota Technician (or equivalent experience)
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
High ethical standards and a positive, professional attitude
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
